Parichay is an extensive 2 day schedule that takes every new neoterician through the business dynamics at neoteric. Not only do they get a fresh new perspective to the industry with the CEO's inaugural talk, but also the entire senior management takes them through all the nitty-gritties of the distribution business. Parichay is conducted once a quarter at the HO located at Mumbai. Apart from this every new neoterician is well inducted by his line manager and we ensure that a strong support system is present for him/her to settle into the new responsibility and role.
